13 × 3 m wooden terrace by the house – custom-made project

The 13 × 3 m natural wood terrace by the house shown in the picture is made as a spacious, durable, and practical outdoor space that significantly expands the living area of the house. The terrace is suitable for relaxation, outdoor furniture, family meals, and spending time outdoors.

Each of our wooden terraces is made to individual order. The size of 13 × 3 m shown in the picture is a specific project example – we customize the length, width, structure, roofing solution, color, and other details to fit the specific house, area, and client preferences.

For the terrace floor, we use planed 145 × 28 mm wooden terrace boards, designed for outdoor use. The wood is carefully treated to achieve a smooth surface and ensure the longevity of the structure. The dimensions and fastenings of the supporting structure are selected individually for each project, taking into account the terrace dimensions, foundation, roof structure, and required load.

The roof covering of the terrace shown in the picture allows the outdoor space to be used even in rainy weather while simultaneously protecting the terrace floor from direct precipitation. The natural wood finish, together with the house facade, creates a cohesive and visually warm overall appearance.
