1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process and why

When you send an enquiry through the form, we store what you enter (name, phone number, e-mail address and message), the date, the address of the page and your IP address, which helps us stop spam. If you write to us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data in that conversation. We use the data only to answer you, prepare an offer and carry out your order. Legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for spam protection our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and statistics

Without your consent the site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as the session cookie and the record of your cookie choice. Google Analytics loads only after you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie link on the page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address is sent to Google.

4. Who receives the data

• Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, hosts the website and its database on servers in the EU.
• Google receives data only after your consent to statistics cookies, and the IP address when fonts are loaded.
• A messaging service used for internal alerts to our team about new enquiries.
• Accountants, auditors and public authorities receive data when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. Google and the messaging service may process data outside the EU; such transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep the data

• Enquiries and correspondence: as long as needed to answer them and to carry out and service the order.
• Orders and invoices: for the legal accounting period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a common machine-readable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before.
